Ar. Amit Srivastava has considerable experience in Architecture & Public Works through his travels pan India & abroad.

Under the able leadership of present Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, he was the first Architect in Gujarat to introduce E-Governance in the state of Gujarat. He also enjoys the privilege of having designed five notable projects in the field of architecture. The present prime minister has inaugurated them in his capacity as the Chief Minister of Gujarat.

Being a very socially active Architect concerned about the environment and surroundings, he was the founding member of the 'Vadodara Initiative', a local body of eminent citizens of Vadodara associated with the development of the Sanskari Nagari of Gujarat.

Having vastly contributed to the city's skyline, as it looks today, the Architect still seeks to bring freshness to our urban environment through various thoughtful analogies in Architecture that are designed for the future but inspired from the past.

ar. hitesh modi, founding partner

Ar. Hitesh Modi graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture degree from M.S. University, Vadodara and established Modi Srivastava and Associates in 1994, with his co-founders Ar. Amit Srivastava and Ar. Neha Modi.

He was the chairman of the Institute of Indian Interior Designers (IIID) Vadodara and is currently in the National Executive body of IIID as Head of IIID Website Development & Digitalization. He has been a senior member in the national executive team of IIID since 2014 and had held the same portfolio in 2017-19. Through his active association with the IIA, IIID, VMC & KAA, he has successfully transformed how the parts of the city look today.

In addition to his professional practice, Ar. Hitesh is also a passionate teacher, has delivered multiple lectures, and participated as a jury member for numerous universities in India. Travelling through the length & breadth of the country and having settled at various places during his formative years ignited an interest in him to observe, understand and analyse the Art & Architecture of diverse conditions in different areas of India. After he graduated from the M.S. University of Baroda and during his practice of the last 24 years, his prowess to observe and analyse has translated into several award-winning and numerous thoughtfully designed spaces & structures. He believes with time; every individual evolves as a person and a designer.

Upon completion of her Bachelor of Architecture from M.S. University in 1992, Ar. Neha Modi, interned in Pune, and later on, along with her husband, Hitesh Modi and colleague Amit Srivastava started their practice in Vadodara— Modi Srivastava and Associates.

She has played a vital role as an Executive Committee member of the IIID Vadodara chapter.

Besides architecture, she possesses a keen interest in music and art. She is also a painter who sharply observes her surroundings and then translates them into art. Her inclination towards music and art reflects immensely in her designs. Her sensitivity to nature and her surroundings aid her in delivering contemporary, innovative and timeless design solutions.

She believes in sticking to a natural and earthy material palette. The space she designs has reflections and the essence of the area that it is located in. Her knowledge in furniture prompts her to employ local artisans to create custom made pieces for clients. Complementing nature, she takes inspiration from history and sustainable technologies. The belief is that the most complex and beautiful solutions are often, if not always, the simplest ones.

Understanding the firm's working conditions and refining them to enhance performance has resulted from her keen observation and eye for detail. Her contribution towards our Human Resource Department, backed by her Master's degree in Psychology, has been a critical factor for the growth of Modi Srivastava & Associates from a small firm into a well-structured organisation today and the welfare of its employees.
